Milexia Group announces the acquisition of Cabcongroup

Saint-Aubin, June 24th, 2024 – Milexia is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement to acquire the Scandinavian based company Cabcongroup, a major value-added distributor of passive, electromechanical components and cable harness solutions to all the electronics industry.

With this strategic acquisition, Milexia continues to expand its footprint and service offerings in Europe and Asia, reinforcing its commitment to deliver high-quality, reliable, and efficient technology products and supply chain solutions across various sectors.

Cabcongroup has been serving the electronics industry since 2003 and has consistently grown to support customers across many industries. Cabcongroup is operating from 4 different locations: Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Hong Kong, and very soon Cabcongroup will be expanding their presence with new offices in Finland and Poland.
